EPIC (Educate, Promote Inclusion for Champions) is a series of engaging, supportive classes offered by The Arc of the Gulf Coast Alabama. Designed for parents, caregivers, and self-advocates, EPIC provides valuable information, tools, and resources to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive. Each session focuses on building knowledge, encouraging advocacy, and promoting inclusion — all in a welcoming, community-centered environment. By attending EPIC classes, participants not only gain helpful insights, but also have the chance to connect with others who share similar experiences, creating a strong network of support and encouragement.
